How it works...
Using our unique approach you can email, call or sms your work requests to your team leader or PA; they work with you to ensure everything is completed to the high standards we insist on and in the timeframes you require. Calls from your clients are directed to your team or PA to be dealt with according to your instructions. These can be diverted from your telephone (or mobile) number or can come direct via an alternative number we provide for you.
A price guide
To give you an idea on costs, call handling services can be charged by a fixed charge per call or at a cost per second rate (monthly minimum charges apply). The business assistant service incurs a monthly fee, a cost per minute rate for admin work and a cost per second rate for inbound calls from your clients.
